Cats with one blue and one green or yellow eye are attracting, when we think of cats’ eyes, we often picture green, blue or Brown. But once we meet a cat with differently colored eyes, we will find it fantastic.
Odd eyed cats is when the cat have two different eyes color one is blue and the other either is brown , green  or yellow and this caused by the heterochromia condition.
  • What is the heterochromia

It’s an indication of genetic change, injury or previous disease however it does not have any symptoms it occurs in white cats (which masks any other color genes and turns a cat completely white ) or in cats with the white spotted genes  (which is the gene responsible for bicolor and tuxedo cats) , and it  can occur in cats of any color, its prevent the  melanin granules from reaching the other eye during development the condition only rarely occurs in cats that lack both the dominant white and the white spotting gene.
Just so you know there is a common misconception that all odd-eyed cats are born deaf in one ear. This is not true, as about 60%–70% of odd-eyed cats can hear. [4] About 10%–20% of normal-eyed cats are born deaf or become deaf as part of the feline aging process.
You don’t have to be worry about this it’s not a disease your cat natural instincts of looking, leaping, lazing   won’t be effected maybe it will be better and eyes can see clearly.
You need to know that if your cat’s eyes suddenly change colors, consult with your veterinarian it’s caused by a buildup of blood or iron within the chamber nearest to the front of the eye.
Some cat’s owners consider this as a good and especial thing in their cats and its not a disadvantage.
